These pedestals not only make the washer and dryer look nicer, but the elevated height makes it less work on the back by not having to bend low on ever load.

ordered the risers for my washer and dryer. i received both. the one had a dent in the side but i had waited months and it was just cosmetic. i paid some people to help with installation as the units weigh nearly 300lbs.
after getting the washer unit bracketed and slid into place, we worked on the dryer unit. the drawer was cracked as well, once again, i just wanted the risers so i can stop breaking my back bending over to get into my units.
once we got the dryer on the riser we realized there were no mounting brackets.
i talked with 5 different departments multiple times. through phone, computer chat, text and email. literally no one can help. 2 different home appliance reps hung up on me

I have spent over 40 hours of my time trying to level my washer and dryer with these pedestals and no matter how level I get everything there is still some wobble during more intense spin cycles. The way you access the levelers is extremely inconvenient and really inaccessible for any practical spot they would be placed in. Even after moving entire permanent sections to gain the access I needed the items still wobble to some degree. I will never, ever, EVER, buy a washer with pedestals again unless they have self leveling capabilities, as no one should have to spend the amount of time, blood, and anger I did trying to get these items level. I really hate these things with the highest extent possible that can be had for hating an inanimate object. I will be happy when the washing machine goes and I can take a hammer to them because they are the worst inventions in the entire world.

Love the pedestal for so many reasons. First, laundry is at a convenient height, and the extra storage is great. When drawer is open, no dropping clean clothes on the floor. The extra strorage is also convenient, So glad we got the pedestal.

Works well to elevate and comforting when working laundry due to the height adjustment. Completely disappointed by the plastic securing clasps. Installers broke them by over tightening. Had to wait weeks to get replacement. Still waiting on parts. I had it gotten it on Black Friday and it's Jan and still waiting.

Without having a pedestal for both my Washer and dryer, it would be back breaking to do laundry. The function not only gives it the right height, but the actual use of having a draw to store things is another benefit.

Although the pedestal provides extra height, it also provides ample storage. You can have enough room to store your fabric softeners, dryer balls, you name it. Just want we needed since my husband is over 6ft, it prevents him from straining his lower back.

So I bought 2 pedestals because we had to leaning down every time we wash or dried cloth and as you get older you start feeling the back pain. If you already have a washer/dryer you need someone to help you put them on top of the pedestals and the legs are easy to hold with the supplied accessories. The storage in the pedestal is pretty good, it comes with an optional divider. My main use is just for the convenience that my family and I don't have to be leaning down as both washer/dryer are about my height.

The Samsung 27" Pedestal (2019) is amazing. It looks sleek and really trendy. I love the color ,the shape and the fact that it has a drawer that we stored up cleaning supplies in there. It will store small items. However, if you are like me and purchase your detergent from Sam's Club then it won't fit. It is really an expensive stepping stool for my washer and dryer.

really looked forward to these pedestals for our washer dryer combo. this is our second set of samsung washer and dryer and have had zero issues in the past. unfortunately samsung has dropped the ball big time on this one. we ordered these pedestals along with several other products. upon arriving the boxes were left until the washer and dryer arrived and were to be installed by samsung's installation contractor, sadly when the delivery company opened the boxes both pedestals were damaged beyond repair an unable to be used.
i have contacted samsung customer service nearly a dozen times and spoken to more customer service and transferred more times than i care to mention. samsung told me that i would be contacted by a manager, this was nearly three weeks ago! nothin yet. 11/18/2020

I bought this for my Washer/Dryer last month, but I found many dents in the Pedestal upon delivery. Box was half opened when arrived. I wanted to return but it was very inconvenient to return 2 of my pedestals to delivery company. They originally offered discount to keep them, but due to order system conflict, they told me they cannot give me discount anymore... I was not happy. Product functions as it is supposed to. Also, I wish they have put compatibility products on description for less confusion.

very disappointed in height and functionality of unit. i replaced my old front load with a pedestal, where i stored all my laundry and cleaning supplies in. same ones do not fit this unit. now it' too late, because they are here and installed. ugh
looks nice and it lifts the unit which is good, but if laundry detergent items an not be stored, what good is it.
sad to think that on day 1 and i cant wait until it breaks and i get a new set, which probably will not be a samsung unless they change this .

I love the look. The extra space to store detergent and laundry supplies is great. However, I'm 5'7, and I have to stand on my toes to pour the detergent into the washer. I also cannot see into the top washer. It does lift the washer and dryer to the right height for loading and unloading.

Love, Love, Love my Pedestal, only regret is that we didn't get it at the time we purchased our washer and dryer. It's an easy install although the washer was extremely heavy, it's a two person job for sure. Have to admit, I wanted the pedestal mostly for cosmetic reason and storage, but at the end of the day, my back thanked me. You should go for it you'll love yours as well. I have included a picture to show you how pretty it looks.

i bought this pedestal with my samsung washer and dryer about 13 years ago. after a while, i was able to find things to store in it, but i am so glad i spent the money for the additional height.
