The worst washer machine

I bought it 5 months ago and wait to put a review after giving enough time to prove the quality of the washer. It is the worst washer that I ever had. It doesnt put enough water in to even wash a small load . Clothes come out with dry patches and are not clean. I have to wash them again using the deep wash option which is a huge waste or water power and time and the clothes come out the same dirty. I used to have a LG washer with a big capacity and I never had those problems it has a permanent cycle and was for 32 minutes and my clothes use to come out very clean. But y had to replace my old washer after 15 years of use without a problem until last December and I bought the new one in Home Depot and I regret it.

Love the color. Went with the LG washer/dryer. Read reviews and talked to friends.
Every setting you can imagine and more. The spin cycle takes out the majority of water from the clothes and results in less drying time for hanging clothes as well those placed in the dryer.

I am very happy with my new LG Top Loading washer. I have always had front loading washers and was a bit hesitant to go with top loader. But I feel I get an excellent wash and many options to Taylor it to the items being washed.

I bought this a few months ago and I am happy with my purchase. I prefer the old school top loader with agitator over front loaders and no agitator. I will say you will have to run a cleaning cycle as there is a sour smell that appears about every 3 months. We use our machine A lot So Im sure Im having to clean it more than normal.

I have so desperately wanted a washer that didnt try to take the doors off the hinges every time it hit a spin cycle. No matter the fix it always felt like an earthquake when doing laundry. Not no more This machine is quiet I mean whisper quiet. The app is wonderful tells me when there is an issue and stops itself to report the issue before destroying anything. For context it notified me that the load was uneven and I should adjust it before restarting. Thank you washer I love it seriously love it.

At first I was worried after reading all of the negative reviews I could find. We have low water pressure at times in our home and worried the machine would error out or that it would not even get my clothes all the way wet as those were issues we were reading online but the machine has been working wonderfully so far. I do wish there was a light for the washer like there is with the dryer and I wish the lighting on the display was better it is hard to see if the room is not well lit even with the built in lights. Overall it has been working well and is plenty large enough for my king comforter.

Its quiet and works great I had to get used to the sophistication of this as I was old school and was used to turning a knob and pushing. Not anymore This is so easy to use and understand. Should have looked at the product before buying. The drum is larger than I thought it would be and have a hard time reaching the bottom to get the clothes out. Also would like more control over the water fill.

Washer is amazing. Always wanted a top load. Lot of space The delivery was interesting. We paid to have them take the old and set up. The guys didnt know the difference between the washer and dryer had no idea what any of the hoses and cords were for and didnt know we paid for them to take away the old washer and dryer. So we ended up training the delivery people.

Day one first time using the machine and water flow didnt stop Water on the floor Stopped machine and then started spin cycle which pumped the water out of the tub
Tried again with same results Called service Next day he found a pinched hose from pressure switch Replaced hose and switch All okay for two weeks then it did it again Next day he could not duplicate the problem and found nothing wrong with the switch or pressure hose

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I love it. It is quiet and cleans very well. The drum is huge and if your short youre probably going to need a step stool because its hard for me 57 to get to the bottom of it. But I love the fact that I can bluetooth it and it will let me know its done and that is nice when your busy and forget about the wash. And its a beauty.

We have been using this washer for a couple of weeks now and it is great the only thing I would like to warn people is it is very deep I am 51 and I use a little step ladder to get clothes out lol but it is great at washing all loads from whites to blankets with ease. Also the smart feature for your phone is Awsome it lets me know when the clothes cycle is done.

I like the machine very much however the Ownerss Manual they shipped with the machine gives almost no details about the various cycles the machine performs. I had to chat with online agents to ask very simple questiuons finally one agent said I could download a manual I clicked on the link and got a very detailed manual to download to my computer. why was this not the manual that LG shipped with the machine. It would have saved me a couple mistakes and several chat sessions. difficult to understand why this is the policy.

So far I am very pleased with the LG washing machine. It has a huge tub to accommodate large loads or items such as bed blankets. The machine was delivered on time the hook up was easy.
My major complaint concerns the ownerss manual. It gives very inadequate information as to the different cycles the machine offers. No info on what each cycle does what type of articles are best to wash on what cycle. There is no mention of the amount of detergent which should be used for specific loads or any load for that matter. My chat with a rep. online was less than helpful. She gave me the impression that she thought I must be totally ignorant as to how a washing machine works. I do like the machine but manual is useless.

I bought this Washer at the beginning of the month after the unexpected breakdown of my previous washer. Ive had an LG dishwasher and was very satisfied with the reliability and so I decided to go with an LG close washer particularly since one of my daughters had 1 and was happy with it. In reading reviews I was A little concerned about the comment of clothes not being clean. I had not seen this with my daughters washer and in fact used it while I was waiting to make a decision about the one I purchased I really intended to buy a different model by the time I made up my mind it was unavailable and so I selected the one that I now have. The installation went very smoothly- I had to clear out a large area to make sure that happened and it did. My only surprise was that there was not enough clearance for the top loader lid to stay open without being propped. This is still a problem but it is my problem sinceI did not take into account the cabinet which is over the area where it is now installed. The cleaning has been phenomenal Clothes seems softer and take a shorter
time to dry. I definitely recommend this product

When we finally got our washing machine it has been working amazing.
The big issue was getting it. It toke over a month to get delivered to delivery company. I could have understood if you had none but your warehouse had over 400 units available
The delivery was unacceptable you should ashamed to treat clients that way.

Im sure the algorithms will push the review into oblivion but in case someone sees this please understand that this is a bad washing machine and LG will do nothing about it. We have made repeated calls to LGs hotline and chat box. The representatives typically blamed our water city water or a dirty tub brand new machine. An LG tech finally came to our house witnessed the poor performance of the machine agreed verbally that it wasnt functioning properly and then ghosted us. He will not pick up calls even after telling us to call him.
This machine actually makes our clothes dirtier. See photos.
We have tried different HE detergent different cycles different load sizes all too no avail. Should customers really have to perform science experiments in order for their washing machine to wash clothes?

I received this washer and dryer in my new house and I wish I hadnt. Ive been washing clothes for 25 years and Ive never used a washing machine that doesnt get my clothes clean like this one. Even a small load your clothes still come out with the original stains on them. It barely uses any water and the agitator only gets to the clothes closest to it in the middle. I watched a few loads wash and the clothes on the outside stayed there and never got the effect of the agitator. The washing machine just swishes around the clothes and does not clean them at all - just soaks swishes and spins. Highly disappointed and will be reaching out to customer service to see what can be done.

I am very pleased with my new washer and dryer. I really like the water saving features. My clothes seem to be much cleaner and come out wrinkle free from the dryer. What more can you ask for? It makes doing laundry almost fun and certainly easier. I am even pleased with the pleasant little tune at the end of the cycles.

We purchased a new construction home and refrigerator washer and dryer were not part of the appliance package the builder offered. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT Bought LG appliances from Lowes and couldnt be happier. The technology that goes into LG products is first class. The washer is amazing. Easy to useeven if were still trying to figure out how much this thing can do The cycles are very quick the machine is really quiet clothes finish beautifully and it even tells us when the cycle is finished Amazing

Its a mess sometimes it works but most times it doesnt. I press the start button and it doesnt come on or it might come on but the selection wheel wont select. Maybe once in awhile it may work. Just cant operate this way. Hope service which is coming Tuesday can fix it.
