After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). As of now I would recommend that anyone in need of a dishwasher should take a look at this one.

This 46dba dishwasher is slightly noisier than the very quiet 8-year-old Miele 46dba unit that it replaced but is still acceptably quiet. It does a great job of cleaning dishes and coffee machine parts. I would buy this machine again and recommend it to anyone in need of a great dishwasher that doesn't disrupt room conversation or TV listening.

This dishwasher does an amazing job at washing all our dishes thoroughly. It is a very quiet dishwasher and in our great room we cannot even hear it run from the kitchen while we watch tv, etc. It does a fantastic job of drying, you just need to follow the instructions by using a rinse aid (we use Finish) and by the proper settings. IF you use the app you can really dial in what a wash cycle should be. You can set up different wash cycles for simple wash to dirty pots and pans, etc.

The mixed reviews gave us pause, but we decided to try the Bosch 300. We've had it for a few weeks now, and we couldn't be more pleased. The racks are logically organized and efficient; the third rack is fantastic, making it so much faster to clear silverware (the third rack means you can use the basket below for larger utensils); the dishes emerge sparkling; the machine is quiet and looks sleek and beautiful. We have had no issues with drying -- a few incorrectly placed lids have been wet, but I'd say 95% of dishes dry totally. In short, we're delighted and relieved to have found this wonderful dishwasher. I actually don't dread loading and emptying the dishwasher anymore!

Very happy with our new dishwasher. It is way quieter than our old one and also more spacious. We have had it for about a month now and getting used to the new arrangement of loading, etc. We have not experienced any "drying" problems that I have read about in other reviews: when the cycle is over we simply open the dishwasher and put the dishes back in the kitchen cabinets. I woul have given this 5 stars with the exception that I can't seem to figure out how to load tall glasses in the racks without their falling over to the side. We do like the third top tray that holds flat items and utensils. So, yes, I would highly recomment this appliance.

Moved to a home with well water, and a different brand of dishwasher that was not getting my dishes clean. Put in the water filtration system, and no improvement with the cleanliness of dishes.
So...ordered the old standby brand... Everything is clean again! This particular model has the 3rd rack for utensils, and that is a game changer! Suddenly, the dishwasher holds more, and the silverare is cleaner! I do occassionally use the utensil basket on the lower rack...but not always. Just depends on what needs to be cleaned.

I recently moved and insisted on replacing the dishwasher with a Bosch, which what I had in my previous home.
The dishes and glasses are always sparkling, and it does a great job on pots, pans and bakeware.

I probably got a faulty model and I'm super disappointed because it washes everything great except pots. It leaves pots with a bunch of dirty stains and I don't understand because I followed all the instructions. The thing is spinning, the detergent is correct, the pot is placed right, the mechanic they sent couldn't figure it out. Other than that, I love the design and look of the dishwasher. I also love that its so quiet I can barely tell it's on! The extra top tray is a nice feature too.

We had a Bosch dishwasher that was 15 years old yet still working just fine. Our daughter's dishwasher was terrible so we gave her ours. Feeling that going with another Bosch was a good idea, we caught a sale on this newer model. Besides loving the way it cleans and holds plenty of dishes, we absolutely love having the top third silverware drawer. It makes organizing them easy. The other thing we loved about our previous Bosch was how quiet it was. This one is even quieter! We also like getting an alert on our phone when it is done washing.

The most important feature to me is cleaning. This dishwasher does a GREAT job! I also love the top silverware rack. It keeps them separate and cleans those well also.
I don't love the main racks as well. Parts of them don't work very well for my dishes. The dishes are usually wet (especially the top rack) even with the extra drying on. But it's about the same as my last dishwasher, and not that big of a deal to me.
Overall, I would buy this again, because like I said, it gives me sparkling clean dishes!

My dishes come out consistently sparkling clean. I like that no matter where they are stacked, they are clean.
Surprisingly since there is no heated dry cycle, they are nevertheless mostly dry. One caution is that they are very hot when the cycle is done. A great deal of steam comes out when you open the door. but it only taked a few minutes for them to cool down so that you can handle them.
I find the spacing in the racks is not ideal. I can't fit some of my dishes or pans in them. Have to resort to placing them on top of the racks, which takes up a lot of space and then they aren't secure.
I have had the dishwasher for about five months. IRenniet's a very good dishwasher and very quiet.

This is my 2nd bosch diswasher. This replaced one that was 21 years old so they do last. Very quiet. Takes too long through the cycle; 2 hrs 21 minutes w/o drying. The previous one took 1 hour and 15 minutes and dishes were done well. That is my only complaint with my new one. It does load completely different than my previous one so getting used to that. Only have one container for silverware but I kept one from the old dishwasher so it gives me enough to hold all the silverware. Not crazy with the extra rack for silverware. This new one will not take any tall lids also like my old one.

The dishwasher is dependable as expected and quiet -- I replaced an older model that stopped working after 5 years however the utensil basket provided was half the size of the older model, a clear oversight in this new version which does not work for a family of 4. When contacting customer service they did not take my concern seriously an rather than sending a complimentary cutlery basket and suggested that I buy an extra one myself. It's unfortunate that a high end company would respond this way to a loyal customer after spending more than $ 1,000 on a dishwasher. To add insult to injury the additional baskets were out of stock.

In spite of the many positive reviews, my recommendation is Do Not Buy this product! We previously had a Bosch 800 that we really liked but it was replacement time. We went to a big box store and the Bosch rep was there by chance and recommended this unit as it was significantly less expensive and had free installation.
Bottom line is the dishes simply did not come clean and everything inside was soaking wet, even when running it on Extra Dry. You shouldn't have to hand wash dishes before putting them into a dishwasher in order for them to come out clean. Furthermore you shouldn't have to towel dry every item before you can put the them away. Especially paying 1200 dollars.
We did an exchange and upgraded to the 800 which has crystal dry (works extremely well) and is so quiet you can't tell it's running.
To add insult to injury, we had to pay for installation on the replacement because the box store said it was a Bosch promotion and they wouldn't honor it on the replacement.
So bottom line is we paid a lot more for the 800 and are thrilled with it. Just skip over the economy route, don't buy the 300 and save yourself the aggravation of exchanges.

It cleans well and is very quiet. The requirement to access basic functions like delayed start or the rinse cycle only through an app is a big step backwards for usability. I can't imagine a customer-centered reason why Bosch would do this.
- Still haven't out what the "Favorite" icon on the panel is for.
- Haven't been able to add more than one program to the app.
- Opening the door to add an item while it's in delay wash mode requires you to press the start button after latching the door. Latching the door should be enough.
- When a cycle is completed the "clean" LED isn't lit when I wake to empty it. If it turns on, not sure how long it remains lit.

We've had a Bosch dw for 25 years. We are happy with the replacement. It is quiet and looks good. The only issue we had was the install was not completed during the first attempt. The installers needed a new drain into the pipe under the sink which connects to the sink drain. Our old Bosch had a direct drain into the wall and connected to the sewer pipe. We had a Johnson T for ventilation to the outide. We had to put in the drain the way they directed for them to fully complete the installation. It now makes noise draining, which is new for us. Overall it is a good choice.

The dishwasher is so quiet I can barely hear it with my ear right up against it! It's doing a great job cleaning and drying everything! I love the top silverware tray, saving room below for more dishes! It doesn't show many smudges in the stainless finish either.
The wi fi connect feature just complicated things so I disconnected it from my phone and just touch the Power, Normal and Play Pads. Lights go off when it's done. Glad I got the one with control panel visable so I can read the lighted indicators. Highly recommend this unit!

We rince and put dishes in. It will hold more dishes than we have. Using the 60 minute cycle, dishes are clean, the stainess is sorted as we put it into the dishwasher so easier to put away.
The dishwasher is larger than our old one so it's lower to the ground but we can still reach it. we have to put our ear to the door to see if it is on.
We installed it and it was not complex. Operating the cycles and turn on was intuitive.
We're happy.
