Replaced French door style with this sis-by-side and we are very happy. I can now see everything in my freezer and get water and ice without opening the door. If this stays maintenance free we will be very happy as our last refrigerator of a different brand had many repairs.

I replaced my old 36™ wide refrigerator with a 34™ one. I don™™t think the contractor gave it much thought when they installed the refrigerator. A 36™ fits but due to the casing around the door where they decided it should go, doesn™™t allow for the refrigerator door to fully open. So it was great finding this 34™ Frigidaire. It fits in nicely and I can open the door all the way.

one replacement for each of the last four years, The call center service is in the Philippines and not in the USA. not cust service on weekends and all replies take 12-48 hours or longer. Worst refrigerator on the market. 4 months of me calling them to get a check, not a replacement, and still no answer. The customer is always right but not to Frigidaire/Electrolux. Do not ever purchase anything from this company. No call center in the USA and yet they sell their crappy products in the USA. Hope they keep my honest review on this site.

We are pleased so far. A few things are noteable different from our older version of this model and we're getting use to them now. We have always purchased Frigidaire refrigerators since we married in 1968, but this is our first on-line purchase via frigidaire.com. We are both 79 years old now and this on-line purchase was a little confusing, but we are learning.

This is a good fridge, but here is one problem that is going to annoy and disappoint 90% of the people who purchase it.First, the good: The side by side arrangement is great, and there's lots of space in the freezer. Tech support is good, and it's easy to buy parts. Problem 1: The water from the front is not chilled. It's actually warmer than water from the tap.Everyone who purchases this fridge will think that it dispenses chilled water. Even the tech support representatives think that. I spent 40 minutes in a chat with John trying to figure out why it wasn't chilled. Below are some excerpts from that chat. I wasted a lot of time trying to solve this.When I found out (manual page 19) that this feature didn't exist, what was I going to do? Return the refrigerator and order a new one?Problem 2: I want fridge doors that will close themselves in all situations. I've had fridges that do that. If you open a door wide on this unit, however, it will stay open. Problem 3: There is a door-open alarm, but it doesn't happen until 5 minutes. That's too long. I may no longer be in the room.Problem 4: When the power goes off then on again, an alarm sounds. If power goes off temporarily while I'm sleeping, I don't want to be awakened by an alarm.Problem 5: Frigidaire is shooting themselves by not including a full complement of shelves. People will complain that it doesn't have enough storage, but another door shelf and another fridge shelf might solve their problem. This is a replacement fridge due to Hurricane Helene so the time to do a deep dive into product comparison was not there. It seems to be a good product thus far - roomy in both compartments. The self regulating veg/crisper drawers may be a gimmick but only time will tell. Nice storage in the door and well organized. The fridge has a nice, high end look and makes fun sized ice cubes. The indoor controls seem a bit fussy, but are not difficult to use. I really like that the water filter is in the top and not on the floor. We have had a previous model of this fridge (labeled Whirlpool - all the same company) since 2010 and have been very happy with its performance and longevity. I don't care for the hoarfrost that the previous model is prone to, but we'll see if this one has the same issue. I would recommend this refrigerator.

Everything I expected. Happy with the side by side style. It™™s a lot easier to get stuff from the freezer than my previous one which was on the bottom. The ice is perfectly sized, just a bit bigger than nugget ice.

Very Happy with this fridge. Perfect size, as space that we had would not accept wide fridge. Great being able to see temps of fridge and freezer. The indoor ice dispenser and h20 dispenses perfectly, doesn't splash and almost custom fit for any glass. The crisper drawers are sizable and very sturdy. Door shelves fit bottles and jars without them sliding around when doors are opened.

I was initially happy with this refrigerator. Downsizing to better fit a built in space, I needed to go smaller. I™™m guessing that better insulation and efficiency has resulted in less storage space than the slightly larger model I had before, but I can live with that. The inside of the refrigerator is well organized and food is visible and accessible. Unfortunately, the ice maker, which I rarely used, is already broken and needed to be replaced about 6 weeks past the one year warranty. As recommended, I emptied it when it was filled and kept up with replacing all of the filters, even though I rarely drink water from the refrigerator. I expected better from Frigidaire.

It is a great looking fridge for our narrow space. I knew size would be small due to our space. Great options for water/ice. I gave rating a 3 for two reasons: the shelves inside the fridge are not adjustable in height, so you get what you get. Secondly, since it is a smaller fridge, having 3 drawers on fridge side and 2 on freezer side limits you from contents a bit. I would have preferred to have one less drawer on each side. But, overall I am happy with fridge.

We purchased this refrigerator based on the width and price. Due to our limited space for our refrigerator, we had to find one that would be under 35 inches wide.This refrigerator fits our limited space and has surprisingly a good amount of storage space. The ice tray holds a good amount of ice and water and ice dispenser works great. Also, it is not at all noisy like other people have claimed. The only issue that we have is removal of the protective Plastic covering around the Magnetic Door seals. It just won™™t all come off and we hesitate using a razor to remove the plastic. We have spent hours trying to remove the plastic remnants with no luck. This appears to be common for almost all refrigerators these days.So far, we are very pleased with our purchase and we will see how long this refrigerator will last. We have previously only purchased Kenmore elites in the past.

Entire refrigerator unit broke within less than 30 days. Manufactured and bought in August of 2024 and broke down. A service technician was called out as the fridge is still under the manufacturers warranty. The technician noted that the compressor had failed. I then called Frigidaire to let them know of the status and was told the part would be ordered and that it was noted that it would be am expedited order of 3-5 business days and that I would be receiving a tracking number. I then called again at the end of the week and was told another technician had to be called out the home to verify the diagnosis of the first service team was correct before they would order any parts. I would not be be given an appointment untill the following week and then only after that will a part be ordered to fix the problem. I will not be purchasing any other appliances from Frigidaire nor will I be recommending thier products to anyone. I will also be filing a complaint to the BBB and sending an email to headquarters concerning customer service and repair service.

Refrigerator was delivered with handles for a different Refrigerator. I am now stuck with a Refrigerator with no handles for almost a month. I can open the doors from the top but my wife is having a very difficult time. The Refrigerator door is lower than the freezer door and it also makes a scraping sound when you open it. The decorative shelf front edge has fallen off all shelves in the freezer. It's nice looking, however.......
