Love this new refrigerator. The setup for the ice and water are my favorite thing. No need to reset just push and receive. The angle of the paddles allows you to easily fill a thermos.

This refrigerator is amazing. For a Counter Depth Refrigerator, there is significant space both in the freezer and the refrigerator. It looks great in my kitchen. Magnets can be placed on the front of the refrigerator - great of a child's pictures.

The refrigerator works great so far. A lot of shelf space and door shelf space. The ice maker is making ice, the freezer side is freezing and the cold side is cold. It is doing exactly as it is supposed to do.

We bought a scratch and dent model because we couldn't afford a brand new perfect one. Other than a dent on the bottom corner of the freezer door, everything seems to be great! We do have an issue with the temperature in the fridge side not staying consistent and having to continuously change the settings. Hoping it is a quick thermostat fix rather than an actual problem.

Just bought this - within 3 days, freezer stopped working. Had to call twice to get an appointment - customer service was very rude and non-caring. Found out today that the freezer was leaking coolant. Pretty pathetic and I will not ever buy anything from Frigidaire again because of this and the rude customer service!

My husband and I absolutely love this refrigerator. You can choose how cold you want the freezer and fridge on the side of the door. A light comes on that says door open if it isn™™t closed all the way. And there is plenty of space and shelves.

Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone online, have been waiting on the phone over an hour and nothing. The door will not stop beeping and the buttons are unresponsive. Did everything the troubleshooting guide said, which is everything the person online made me do again. They couldn™™t give me any other ideas or even parts I could possibly replace. Do not spend over $1,000 on a faulty fridge that you can get absolutely no help with.

I looked for an email address to email you directly - but wasn't able to find one anywhere, so here it goes in a review instead. I couldn't be more disappointed in this purchase. We had to have it serviced within the first 4 days of owning it. Then again after 2 months. It's all well and good that you provide service within the first year -- however now I feel forced into buying the extended warranty because of this inferior product. We are working class people - living paycheck to paycheck to support our family. When we need service - we also have to take our hard earned time off of work in order to meet a technician at home. We went with Frigidaire thinking we were making a wise decision - going with a trusted brand - now here we are - stuck with a fridge that surely won't make it past another year or 2. Please don't tell me to reach out to your customer service in your response. Your customer service is also awful. Waiting for hours at a time to even "chat" a representative. I definitely feel cheated by your brand and would not recommend you to anyone. You need to fix this going forward so other family's aren't duped by your brand.

I love my Frigidaire! This refrigerator was a replacement to another that went out and stopped cooling after the purchase of a new home. We have had NO ISSUES with this refrigerator. It stays cool, alerts us when the 3 year old leaves the door open and surprisingly has enough space in the freezer for all of our meats and frozen foods unlike some side by side refrigerators. Affordable and good quality.

The Fridge is great so far, but the customer service I had was brutal. My fridge arrived and the freezer door wouldn't shut. Since it delivered on a Friday, I had to wait until Tuesday without a fridge. Customer service offered nothing and was of little help.

We were shopping for a new refrigerator and came across this Frididaire. The Ice and Water machine were easy to use and blends into the refirgerator. There is ample drawer space and shelves are deep. The freezer has just the right space for veggies, meats, and seafood. This is priced perfectly and we are really happy with the look and selection. There are a lot of choices, but the customer service on this had some of the best ratings!
